STRETCHING-SOFTENING-BUFFING MACHINE GVS-130-S
Tianjin Giantey Machinery Co., Ltd. is very famous for making leather machines, the Vertical Stretching ( or Staking) Machine, GVS-130 WITHOUT BUFFING STONE OR GVS-130-S WITH BUFFING STONE, is one of them. It is well used for staking and stretching the lambskins in different stages for processing double-face, it is a very important machine for double-face tanning and production.
As required, the machine could be equipped with buffing stones arranged in different size and the small blades fastened by screws at different places around the axle at a certain angle, this makes the machine work perfect to stake or stretch the skins into larger ones and also do the buffing for the skins looking like silk with suede.
The machine has a fixed cow-hide leather feeding system, it could well be adjusted tight and loose according to the requirement of working, this cow-hide leather is driven by two hydraulic cylinders.
This machine is well used in the final processing of double-face during the production.
