CONTINUOUS PRESSING AND IRONING MACHINE GCI-260/320
Features: It accomplishes a polishing process for Nappa and wool-on skins as well as an embossing process in desired ways and at intended levels of pressure due to the unique nature of the calf skins. Top conveyor belts on the machine do not fold, break or crack the hide in any way due to the PLC controlling mechanism which can be sensitively adjusted at desired speed level. Machine adjustment in respect to the skin type at desired levels of pressure is done sensitively on the PLC digital touch screen. The heating process of the rollers installed on the machine can be done separately at desired temperatures and time periods with the help of the PLC controlling mechanism.
